I feel like self care or spa days are a really big things right now! It’s good to take care of your body and have a fun spa night every once in awhile so here are some ideas! Enjoy!

  • read a book

  • bake something healthy
  • try a new hairstyle
  • stretch
  • curl your hair
  • give yourself a manicure
  • make yourself some coffee
  • do yoga
  • journal about your day
  • read your bible
  • make some DIY body scrubs

  2. Totally great ideas! I’ve actually never given myself a spa/self care day XD I probably should do that at some point… Especially since I dance almost every day, it would probably be a good thing to take some time and give my body a rest!
